The co-directors have 40 years of combined experience in Wall and Floor Tiling, Residential Design and Quality Project Management and are backed by a talented and hard working team
We seek to understand your vision. This process is in person with the company owners. We work with two types of clients:
Following the initial consultation we provide a quote estimate. This assists our clients understand budget and finishing options that will work aesthetically and practically in their bathrooms.
Its is at this stage we finalise your fixture and fitting selections or check them off – if you have already procured. We then provide a final 2D drawing (layout) or consult with our designer to provide full 3D drawings (if required).
Our quotation will be updated based on the agreed final design. If you are happy we start to make your vision a reality.
We always come prepared with all materials and tools and our schedule commencement considers delivery of all fixture, fittings and regulation approvals. As part of the pre-start meeting we will outline the process involved at each phase from demolition to completion.
We will be onsite through every phase and continue our communication! The Grouted Quality process and procedure’s are developed to support our employees and contractors complete their work to meet the Plan, Supplier Product Warranties and Building Code of Australia Standards.
All our work is completed by qualified trades persons then inspected and signed off to 100% client satisfaction. We will provide you with all warranties for products installed and a 10 year waterproofing certificate.
