From the first consultation to the final reveal, we guide you through a clear, step-by-step process:

Consultation and Survey
At Grouted, we start by listening. Every project begins with an in-person consultation conducted by our company owners to ensure your vision is clearly understood.
We work with two types of clients:
- Those who come to us with a clear plan in mind, and
- And those who need guidance through the full design and selection process

Quote Estimation
Following the initial consultation we provide a quote estimate. This will assist you in understanding budget and finishing options that will work aesthetically and practically in your bathroom.

Design
This is where your vision takes shape. Through thoughtful collaboration and refinement, we finalise the design and confirm all selections.
We begin by presenting layout options, then move to a finalised floor plan and detailed elevations. To help you visualise the space with confidence, we also offer full 3D renderings in collaboration with our designer.

Final Quotation and Approval
Our quotation will be updated based on the agreed final design. Once you are happy with everything, we start the journey of making your vision a reality.

Schedule and Pre-Start Meeting
We always come fully prepared with all materials and tools and our commencement schedule considers delivery of all fixture, fittings and regulation approvals. As part of the pre-start meeting we will outline the processes involved at each phase, starting from demolition to completion.

Getting it Done
We will be on-site through every phase and will maintain our communication throughout. Designed to support our employees and contractors, the Grouted Quality process and procedures ensure their work aligns with the plan, supplier product warranties and Building Code of Australia Standards.

Completion and Handover
Every project is completed by qualified tradespeople, followed by a thorough inspection and approval process to achieve your complete satisfaction. We will provide you with all warranties for products installed.
