Inglewood Bathroom

Jason and Jacki engaged Grouted to renovate the bathroom in their Inglewood investment property, aiming to modernise the outdated space and craft a peaceful, practical environment for their tenant, Catherine.

They requested the existing bath be taken out to make way for a large walk-in shower, designed with minimal glass for easy upkeep and the addition of a toilet.  

Drawing inspiration from a “white-on-white” colour palette, the slight differences in tone and texture lend the bathroom an elegant, hotel-style ambiance. In addition to creating a delightful space Catherine will love, Jason and Jacki have simultaneously boosted the value of their investment property.
